5.9.12 PawSox, Red Wings, the moon and the tides.

Pawtucket wins 5-2 in a game I have a hard time caring about right now. Justin Germano, who seems to have an inordinate amount of fans, gets the win. Germano pitched six innings, gave up two runs on six hits. Joe Thurston homered off Germano, but we love Joe Thurston and everything he brings to life, so yeah.

Starter for Rochester was Cole DeVries and his little glasses. Pawtucket mustered up ten hits off DeVries and all five runs.

Daniel Nava went 3-4 and he's a branding iron and he got called up.

Mark Melancon got the save, still has not given up any runs for Pawtucket.

stick with me and i'll stick with you:
1. "Granted there has been personnel changes with Thomas and Michael Bowden shipped out of Boston with Rich Hill and Andrew Miller taking their spots on the active roster." Have been. (McGair)

See ya!
